Film International's SXSW 2012 Recap

Totally late on this but Paint Showers got a nice small write up in Film International’s SXSW 2012 recap (just a kick in itself to see an image from Paint Showers up there with Cabin in the Woods).

I’m also super excited to announce that Paint Showers will be in SXSW 2012 amongst some amazing animators/filmmakers! If anybody’s going to be in Austin this year for SXSW March 9-13 let me know, I’ll be there!

Excited to have Paint Showers accepted into the New York International Children’s Film Festival!  Means a lot to have it shown back in my old digs, in the symphony center no less!
New Yorkers, if you’re around come check it out with ME on March 10th.  Tickets can be found here!

Murakami’s take on Monsters Inc. sounds cool and all, but I wish he would’ve gone ahead with his original script about an impotent (autobiographical!? shh!) hitman in Tokyo.  Whatever happened to the rest of the Kaikai Kiki animation episodes too?
