WatchMurakami’s take on Monsters Inc. sounds cool and all, but I wish he would’ve gone ahead with his original script about an impotent (autobiographical!? shh!) hitman in Tokyo. Whatever happened to the rest of the Kaikai Kiki animation episodes too?

WatchOut of the many, many amazing things I saw at the Ottawa Int’l Animation Festival, Amanda Forbis and Wendy Tilby’s “Wild Life” was one of my favorite films. I know 13 minutes seems like an eternity in Internet time. Get over it!

I did some quick doodles about a year ago for a friend working on Brian Cagle’s film Green Corn. Zero idea what’s going on with the movie, but here’s some simple sketches.
